Alexandra Frugone

Alexandra Frugone is a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group where she specializes in advising luxury beauty clients and working with companies across sectors on environmental sustainability efforts. Spending time in both the New York and Singapore offices, she has also worked extensively advising non-profits in the arts, education and sustainability, with a focus on program development and membership strategy.

Prior to joining BCG, Alexandra held a variety of positions in fine art, beginning her career at the Guggenheim Museum in Venice, Italy working in museum management and arts education programming as well as at Sotheby’s auction house where she specialized in valuations.

Alexandra’s diverse background reflects her strong belief in the importance of interdisciplinary education. Coupled with a strong passion for the arts, she is an enthusiastic proponent of joy2learn’s mission to incorporate the arts into all aspects of education.

Alexandra holds an MBA from the Wharton School, a Masters from the Lauder Institute in International Studies at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA from Boston College, with a dual major in Political Science & Art History.
